# I think I have two accounts

## Common, and fixable

Duplicate accounts are common, usually because someone registered once with a work address and again with a personal one, or because a second account got created during a login problem.

**Signs you have more than one:** some of your courses appear and others don’t, your progress looks reset, you can log in but your history is missing, or you get different results depending on which email address you use.

**No need to create a new account to work around a login problem.** If you can’t get in, contact us and we’ll fix the account you already have.

**A note on Gmail addresses.** If you signed up with the Google Sign-In, you don't have/need a Co-Active password, you can use the "Continue with Google" login option.

To sort any login issues out, email support@coactive.com with every email address you think may have an account with, and which courses you completed. We’ll consolidate them into one record.
