# Reporting an error in course content

## If you spot something wrong in the material itself, please tell us.

If you spot something wrong in the material itself, please tell us. It gets fixed, and you're usually not the only person who's hit it.

**What counts:** wrong or duplicated answers in an activity, text in the wrong language, broken links, content that contradicts itself, activities that don't behave as described, or anything that looks like a typo in something official.

**What to include:** the course and module, the specific activity or page, what's wrong, and a screenshot. The screenshot does most of the work.

**Where it goes.** Content errors go to the team that maintains the material.

**This is different from something not loading.** If the content is correct but won't display, see [A PDF, video or resource won't open](https://help.coactive.com/a-pdf-video-or-resource-wont-open?hsLang=en).
