Changing your name on your account

Go to My Profile in your Student Portal (experience.coactive.com), then click Edit Profile. The same form covers name changes: fixed capitalisation, a hyphen that got dropped, a middle name you'd rather not display, or a previous married name still showing. Fill in the New First Name and New Last Name fields.

Credly Certificates and badges already issued keep the name they were issued with. If you need a corrected reissue, email us at support@coactive.com and we'll get you to the right process, which may involve Credly's own support for badges specifically.
