Update your email address if it's a work address

Submit a request any time through your Student Portal.

If your Co-Active account is under a work email address, you can request to update it to a personal one any time.

How to request it. Go to My Profile in your Student Portal (experience.coactive.com), click Edit Profile, and submit your new email address. This creates a request on our end and we'll make the update.
